About me

Hi, I am Agnes, dedicated to creating classes that truly serve my students.

All yoga styles inspire me, but most importantly every single person. I am an advocate for modern mindfulness, bringing the ancient wisdom of yoga and science together. I have taught at medical conferences, rehab programs, continuing education for yoga teachers and organised retreats. Yet what I really wish for is to bring yoga into every single life.

Fire to the body, alchemy to the mind and love to the world.

Today, my classes combine the awareness of contemporary anatomical understanding with the freedom that comes from Vinyasa. It is always combined with breath, meditation, mindfulness and sometimes even other Asian Traditions.

I have a background in martial arts and gymnastics and my journey into yoga began with my first Ashtanga class in Hamburg, Germany. It hasn’t stopped yet.

Since 2011, I’ve been teaching Yoga in Mallorca where I live with my partner and son. I have completed training programmes with, among others, YogaWorks, Jeanne Heileman and Simon Borg Olivier.

I teach in English, Spanish or German.

I’ve learned that yoga enriches our lives. It creates more presence and focus, strengthens and softens our bodies, and gives us a new understanding of our human nature, and the connection between us all and our world.

It takes courage to step onto the path of yoga that leads to true peace. I would love to walk by your side.

Opening up to yoga 

Yoga is for everyone and to enjoy the full benefits takes openness and a desire to grow.

I’ve taught yoga as part of psychosomatic therapies and rehabs, at medical seminars, with musicians and writers and to professional cyclists and triathletes. So I know anyone can benefit from yoga.
